One of our product lines is Fire TV which is the #1 streaming media player with over 38MM monthly active users. Our Fire TV mission is to make watching TV effortless and fun for customers to enjoy all of their entertainment so it becomes part of their daily habit for relaxing, being entertained, and spending time with my family and friends. Within the Fire TV Advertising and Marketing team, we help customers discover content and help Amazon lower prices. We seek to deeply understand our customers' needs, engage them with our content, and delight them with new products launches (hardware and software). We lead all sales, marketing and analytics efforts to drive the FireTV business.

We are looking for a bright, responsive, high-energy, and self-motivated individual to support a Vice President, Director, and their teams in the Fire TV org. This exciting role requires high attention to detail, meeting tight deadlines, great organizational and program management skills, and juggling multiple critical requests. We want someone with integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company. The candidate should have a strong sense of ownership and urgency, work independently, adapt, and roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.

This role is a good fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, and who is sensitive to the diverse perspectives of stakeholders and works with them to resolve differences. It is still Day 1 in the Fire TV business, and we need a creative problem-solver that can deliver business results under ambiguous circumstances and tight timelines.

Job Responsibilities:
· Managing fluid calendar requests, meeting invites and conference room logistics, and floor access
· Planning travel and accommodating changes
· Processing expense reports
· Managing large event logistics, catering, accommodations, and materials (e.g., business writing courses, All Hands events, Consumer Electronics Show)
· Planning space for the team and facilitating office moves
· Supporting other assistants in the company
· Improving morale, helping recognize outstanding efforts, having fun at work, and encouraging others to do the same
· Attending key meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, and following up on outstanding items
· Driving team activities (e.g., staff meeting agendas, weekly business reviews, All Hands events, snacks and supply ordering, team-building events, launch events and recognition posters)
· Updating team organizational charts
· Managing workflows that require approvals

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum of five years of experience assisting at the executive level in a fast-paced environment
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint, and Amazon WorkDocs
