FinOps Analyst - Payroll Controllership

DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a strong person who have worked on the Internal Audit, SOX projects, can independently gather the documentations as per the audit request thus meeting the highest quality standards. The preferred candidate to have outstanding auditing skills, problem solving skills and payroll system knowledge who can independently perform payroll process audits.

Responsibilities also include:
- Able to actively participate in audit meetings and clearly articulate operational documentation requirements.
- Independently gather audit documentation for external/ internal audit requirements
- Perform documentation reviews to ensure it meets audit requirements.
- Co-coordinating with different process owners to conduct deep dives, resolve complex problems, walkthroughs and quality reviews of evidence
- Co-ordination between the auditors and the Operational stakeholder to ensure smooth completion of audits
- Able to conduct process reviews and identify process vulnerabilities.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications
· MBA 3+ years of experience in Internal Audit/ Process reviews
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Flexible to work in shifts
