Amazon is seeking a Financial Analyst II to own critical functions within the rapidly growing Last Mile organization.

This Financial Analyst II will be responsible for business partnership with NA Last Mile Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Recruiting & Marketing team to build out the financial modeling and reporting to enable recruiting and interviewing potential partners in the rapidly expanding DSP 2.0 program. This position will also be supporting the Service Level Standards (SLS) team and assisting in the design and implementation of incentive programs for our DSP partners across North America. They will be managing multiple other stakeholders and will need to work cross-functionally to create reporting for total DSP lifecycle metrics within the program. This role is more than finance: it requires an ability to invent, go beyond the standard finance role and create metrics to drive decision making.

Job Responsibilities include:
· Develop strong business partnership with key functional teams to advise the business from a financial and analytical perspective
· Develop accurate and clear financial reporting for the DSP Recruiting & Marketing team; develop metric reporting to understand key drivers of Cost per Application (CPA) and applicant conversion, marketing channels ROI analysis for optimized recruiting plan
· Design and implement robust reporting for DSP Service Level Standards (SLS) team; identify how the incentive programs drive quality and productivity, work cross-functionally to determine financial value of current and future incentive programs
· Other responsibilities include ad hoc analysis and reporting supporting a fast growing organization hungry for financial partnership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or similar degree
· 3+ years of relevant work experience
