DESCRIPTION

Amazon.com is seeking a Financial Analyst to be a key business partner within Amazon's Digital Video FP&A team. This is a unique role that will work across the global organization to improve business insights and reporting in a high growth industry.

The right individual will have exceptional financial modeling skills, a keen attention to detail, strong communication, and solid business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results. He or she will have operated successfully in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment, and possess effective verbal and written communication, and logical reasoning.

Primary responsibilities will include:
· Manage organization-wide goal setting and tracking initiatives.
· Business and financial modeling for revenue analysis, headcount bench marking and other ad hoc strategic questions. Summarize findings and prepare reports for senior management.
· Collect, review, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to report on business performance.
· Develop and maintain performance tracking metrics to support financial planning.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or similar discipline with analytical bias
· 2+ years of progressive Financial Leadership experience or education equivalent
