DESCRIPTION

The Customer Trust and Partner Support (CT&PS) team is looking for a Financial Analyst for the FP&A team. The CT&PS organization employs over 16,000 employees who provide support to Amazon's Selling Partners while also ensuring that we protect Amazon customers from bad actors. In this role you will support process improvement, headcount and expense forecasting, and financial reporting for the organization. Additionally, you will help the business identify areas to reduce costs while maintaining a high quality of service for Amazon's Selling Partners and Customers.

Key responsibilities include:
- Drive standardization and automation of planning and reporting processes
- Analyze Opex variances vs. plan and provide insight to business partners including cost-saving and process improvement recommendations
- Partner with the business to make trade-off decisions regarding headcount resourcing and support levels
- Support internal customer groups in all finance matters including budgeting, forecasting and financial controls

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
· Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or a related analytical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
