This position partners with operations and supply chain teams on network planning, capacity management, and new supply chain pilots. The Sr. Financial Analyst for the Capacity Planning team will be responsible for the financial evaluation, and will produce supporting information, insights and recommendations for decision process. In order to achieve that, she / he will work with internal business partners at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a fast-growing organization and be able to handle ambiguity. This is a high visibility position with big scope of creativity and self-development. Job Responsibilities include:

· Expertise collecting, analyzing and managing quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to lead business improvement and cost reductions

· Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability
·
· Assist in the development of all weekly and monthly financial close, all planning, forecasting, and reporting models and their continuous innovation and communicating to your Operations partners
·
· Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely
·
· Proven ability to support a team with competing priorities & providing level-headed guidance during unexpected events

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering and/or similar discipline with analytical bias
· 2+ years relevant experience in positions that require analysis
· Demonstrated financial acumen and/or analytical experience including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and/or data interpretation and analysis
· 1+ years of experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools
· Ability to travel; 10% travel expected, primarily to local operations
