To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Consumer Human Resources teams!

As a member of our HR team, this position partners with multiple HR leaders to support large HR teams and their clients at Amazon. The role requires someone who gets excited about a variety of HR and Executive Assistant duties, including: calendar management, document preparation for meetings, travel coordination, expense reporting, confidential reporting, and occasional event planning as well as coordinating and communicating quarterly HR processes. The position may also be given the opportunity to own and manage side projects. Responsibilities
· Effectively and proactively support 2-3 HR Directors, with strong collaboration and the ability to partner with the Admin Community on complex calendar management initiatives.
· Serve as a business partner ensuring strategic, proactive and thoughtful support of our yearly organizational planning cycles.
· Field HR inquiries by researching appropriate resources and/or connecting with the appropriate teams to resolve.
· Document preparation for meetings such as creation of agendas for staff meetings, presentations for All Hands, tracking key deliverables and action items, maintain operational metrics or KPIs for the department.
· Drive and own space management initiatives.
· Other duties as needed to keep all Leaders as effective and efficient as possible on a daily basis.
· Employee morale (team events, org-wide events, celebrations, etc.).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in the Human Resources industry and passion for supporting employees.
· Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
· Familiarity with HRIS systems.
· Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events which require quick response or turnaround
· High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information.
· Desire to work with others and take on ambiguous tasks.
· Independently react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the complete picture, and proactively solve complex problems. The strength to ask for guidance and insight when necessary.
· Strong professionalism and grace under pressure.
· Bachelor’s degree.

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years of experience providing senior executive level support for multiple Leaders, with year-over-year progressive responsibilities.
· Demonstrated project ownership and consistent delivery on commitments - great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
· Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Products (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and One Note).
