Amazon Go is a new kind of store with no lines and no checkout—you just grab and go! Customers simply use the Amazon Go app to enter the store, take what they want from our selection of fresh, delicious meals and grocery essentials, and go! Our checkout-free shopping experience is made possible by our Just Walk Out Technology, which automatically detects when products are taken from or returned to the shelves and keeps track of them in a virtual cart. The Role:
The Amazon Go Operations team is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for the Amazon Go corporate and field operations organizations. In this role, you will support the Director of Operations (corporate support and field) and the Director of Supply Chain. We are fun – honest J.

A successful candidate will be at the center of the Amazon Physical Stores team and will be part of the glue that helps our team operate efficiently, effectively and happily. Our key stakeholders span across category teams, tech teams, finance, legal, design/construction, food safety, GSF and others.

Your Responsibilities:

Calendaring: Strategically manage calendars. Find ways to maximize executives' time, scheduling meetings in the most efficient ways and proactively anticipating calendaring needs. Assist in meeting prep as needed.

Travel & Expenses: Manage and submit Expenses and travel. Assist in preparing trip agendas.

Understand the business: Understand the business to help maximize team's time. Help prioritize the right meetings for your leaders and the overall team. Work with partner teams to understand the larger business cadence and anticipate business and calendaring needs.

Drive Projects to Increase Team Effectiveness: Plan and manage team-specific team-building and skill-development (e.g., new employee learning series) events. Manage cross-functional rhythm of the business activities (e.g., cross-team goals status, all-hands, team summits). Manage ad-hoc programs and projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of prior executive assistant experience at Senior management level
· Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
· Project management experience
· Demonstrated ability to act with high integrity and discretion
· Demonstrated ability to execute with high attention to detail
· Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision
· Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
· Excellent Microsoft Outlook skills
· Basic SharePoint experience
