We are seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking and self-motivated individual as administrative support for the Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and the team. This exciting role requires superior calendaring and prioritization skills, attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, tremendous organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests simultaneously. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important, as is a good sense of humor. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. The ability to think and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and manage time effectively are critical for success in this role. Understanding basic company organization, working relationships, and business partner roles and responsibilities are important as this position will work closely with other assistants across the business and Finance teams. As part of the Corporate FP&A organization, we work with multiple stakeholders across the business and Finance product teams, therefore it is essential to have the ability to work successfully in a team environment.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Prioritize and balance the needs of the Corporate FP&A team and work closely with the Chief Financial Officer’s (CFO’s) office.
· High level management and prioritization of multiple complex calendars and scheduling requirements
· Attend key meetings in order to track and help drive completion of key deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items
· Drive key team activities and support functions (such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, supply ordering)
· Update team organizational charts
· Manage both individual and group logistics
· Travel booking, coordination, and management as well as expense reports
· Develop and manage several key process documents
· Start-to-finish planning, execution and management of Corporate FP&A’s team events
· Proactively address, assist and direct inquiries or actionable items
· Delegate actionable items and responsibilities appropriately
· Cross support and backup for other Executive Assistants in our organization when needed
· Have fun at work and help others do the same

Make every future a success.
