DESCRIPTION

The position will support two Directors leading respective projects and brilliant teams. The position requires the capacity to work successfully in a multi-faceted team environment. The role will in partner closely with the lead EA and contribute to projects benefiting the entire organization.

Our ideal candidate is an organized, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining great flexibility and a sense of humor. This role demands the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment. The right candidate will be organized, innovative, knowledgeable and forward-thinking when it comes to ensuring smooth operations. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is imperative.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
· Management of complex calendars and scheduling requirements

· Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
· Streamline inbound/outbound communications, maximizing productivity and ensuring all requests receive attention with the proper level of urgency
· Manage key organizational processes throughout the year, and act as a resource and partner to other assistants and employees
· Act as a liaison for direct reports, coordinate team activities, and manage other key administrative activities for the team as needed (social outings, staff and org-wide meetings, new-hire onboarding, supply ordering, etc)

· Contribute to longer term projects to support the larger organization
· Manage cost effective, complex domestic and international travel as well as expenses

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and deal with professionals inside and outside the company
· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment
· Bachelor’s degree
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
