DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an energetic, bright, and motivated individual with a history of high performance to support multiple leaders within the Alexa Shopping organization. You will have the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced team and become the “go-to” person for support activities. You will also collaborate with other Executive Assistants across various organizations within Amazon.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. The role will manage competing priorities and play a critical role in planning for success. The position requires professionalism, a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Collaborating with senior leaders, functional business partners, and other Executive Assistants to provide seamless support to the organization
· Proactively managing executive calendars with attention to accuracy, detail and allocation of time to promote productivity and recognize the need to re-prioritize as appropriate
· Understanding business priorities and identifying process improvements to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team
· Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
· Organizing, executing, and assisting with team activities (all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
· Acting as a liaison for direct reports
· Completing expense reports and managing corporate card purchases
· Overseeing team space, including moves and re-configurations
· Managing domestic and international travel as needed
· Having fun at work and helping others do the same!

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 3+ years supporting Director level executives
· Experience planning international travel and coordinating meetings and events with participants traveling from other countries
· Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
