Amazon Employee Services is looking for a Program Manager to create and execute against Employee Experience initiatives and build mechanisms to help us scale the Global Work Authorization (GWA) program. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership, HR teams, as well as customers to develop programs that will help us drive GWA related goals. Successful candidates will have experience initiating, driving and delivering people-related projects, possess data and situational analysis skills, are experienced internal communicators, and earn trust with customers. The ideal candidate should not only be passionate about delivering meaningful employee experience, but obsessed with continuous process improvement based on customer and stakeholder feedback.

Key responsibilities include:
· Manage a portfolio of employee experience initiatives; including defining projects and owning the end-to-end program management
· Own reporting on people and related goals for GWA; including measuring and analyzing data to understand trends and identify improvement opportunities for our customers
· Act as a subject matter expert and foster a better employee culture by contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge, and taking a balanced consultative and systemic approach to enable the organization to capitalize and scale for global success
· Partner with Human Resources (HR), other Employee Service teams, and other relevant stakeholders to learn about cross-org and/or global initiatives/activities coming from these groups and build mechanisms for scalable customer-focused growth
· Build strong relationships with GWA leadership to develop a deep understanding of the business and increase awareness and understanding of employee experience as critical business imperatives, and drive the key pillars of the global strategy into relevant initiatives
· Drive/Improve self-service models for regional program teams to allow for more scalability and efficiency with our customers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Demonstrated experience building trust and influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders
· Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to articulate a clear point of view within concise communications
· Proven ability to thrive in a high-paced environment where tactical and strategic activities operate in parallel
· Proven ability to think strategically and implement ideas from ideation to measurement/evaluation
· Ability to exercise high judgment, particularly in narrow timeframes
· A curious and agile individual with a “can-do” problem-solving approach to managing ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree or higher
· Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
· 3+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
· 3+ years of experience in program or project management
· 3+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
