Shopbop is looking for a full-time Image Production Specialist/Digital Technician with image retouching and digital tech experience for our Madison, Wisconsin, location. This mid-level position is a great opportunity for someone who is visually precise, detail oriented, computer savvy, and deadline driven, looking for a fast-paced, friendly work environment.



Responsibilities
· Verify color accuracy and perform corrections as needed.
· Support product photography with technical and workflow problem solving.
· Retrieve and deliver high volume digital assets using our internal systems.
· Ensure Imaging standards are maintained.
· Look for process improvement opportunities to streamline and increase productivity.
· Retouch high-end high-volume product imagery for web use.
· 40-hour work week, with opportunity for overtime seasonally.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications
· Experience with Capture One Software.
· 2+ years of experience with color management.
· 2+ years of experience using Adobe Photoshop CC, with strong understanding of actions, layer masking, adjustment layers, retouching tools, etc.
· Experience with the Mac operating system.
· Positive communication skills in a high paced and creative environment.
