JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Agenda setting (scheduling interviews and meetings)
Provide valuable information to the Management by designing and creating the monthly report
Take care of data maintenance in SAP
Secure data consistency and transfer information to stakeholders for contracting/works council hearing
Support our team with the ongoing Projects and contribute your ideas
Conduct Pre-screening against candidate applications received
Assist in candidate management activities

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Excellent English (oral and written) – German is an advantage
Excellent writing skills and ability to produce quality written and visual communications
Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks to work within timeframes
Proficiency Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
Supporting the Executive Assistant with strategical & organizational topics
Event Management and meetings organization (on & off-site)
Active contribution to projects
Providing support with ad-hoc reporting and requests
You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - as a working student - part time (16-20 h/week)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

What do we offer you?
An attractive monthly salary of 1650€ for interns. Working students on a full-time basis (38 hrs. per week ) will be paid 1700€ if Bachelor students and 1900€ if Master students. Working student take home salaries will depend upon the agreed working hrs.
