JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage communication related to IT Projects, changes and demands in close coordination with the relevant teams within the organization
Help increase adoption and understanding of major changes related to new and updated tools and processes
Develop, create and publish effective communication on online channels as well as mail or any other media found suitable for the given scenario
Follow up on queries and clarification sought by users on Allianz Intranet and via mail
Independently develop ideas and strategies to drive change within the organization
Conduct surveys and collect proactive feedback from relevant users or stakeholders for any given IT project or changes
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Qualification:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/ Master's degree program in Business, Communications, IT and Marketing or any related fields
Enrolled at a university for the whole period of employment
Good understanding of end-user IT beneficial, e.g. MS Office, Apple iOS, Video Conferencing
Experience and Key skills:
Developing communication concepts
Familiar in creating communication in various formats, e.g. texts, videos and presentations
