JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the preparation of reports and quality assurance for internal reporting purposes
Analyze the numbers of our international subsidiaries as part of the team
Optimize and automate existing analysis tools
Prepare consolidated financial statements for Allianz Group in accordance with IFRS and consolidate market value accounts according to Solvency II

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualification:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Accounting, or in Economics with a focus on international accounting
Proficient in the use of Excel - able to maintain spreadsheets, run analyzes, and create graphs
Capable to easily communicate in English and German
Previous familiarity with Solvency II and/ or SAP is a strongly preferred

Experience and Key skills:
Previous internship experience in Accounting or Reporting would be ideal
Initial knowledge of international accounting (IFRS)
Able to convey complex issues clearly and succinctly both orally and in writing
Genuine interest in accounting and the insurance industry
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as results-oriented attitude
