JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists Head of Technical Underwriting as Steering Committee Member of the P&C Academy and as point of entry for AZ Re participation in Academy trainings and keeps and maintains overview of accreditation status at Allianz Re including CPD requirements and execution
Assists in developing an accreditation plan and a target accreditation structure for the different functions in Allianz Re
Supports the Global Product Leader Engineering in coordinating the 2020 enhancement and maintenance of ISIC+ and Hazard Grading activities, organization of governance team, collection and preparation of input
Handles file keeping in the Data Management System (DMS) structure of the Technical Underwriting Center
Supports ad hoc projects, topics, studies and presentations for the management and other stakeholders

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualifications
Currently enrolled as university student for the entire duration, preferably in Business Administration
Interest in working in insurance / reinsurance business
Computer literate (MS Office mainly Power Point and Excel)
Fluent in English (written and spoken) ; additional language is a plus

Experience and Skills
Good communication skills
Personal integrity and self-motivation
High degree of commitment and enthusiasm
Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
