JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Independent collection of data from different IAM systems (Active Directory, MS Azure, global IAM system GIAM, management of certificates)
Preparation of the data, creation of reports for access management, internal controls, audit and customers
Creation of global communications
Support in implementing and managing overarching controls regarding the access right management in the central IAM tool GIAM
Assist in implementing the access management process within Allianz Technology worldwide
Support the transformation process and change management for the access management area

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Master student; preferable IT, informatics, maybe in combination with business economics…; ideally existing experience in information security
Good programmer skills in SQL, additional programmer skills helpful
Very good IT skills (Windows/Linux, MS Office, esp. Excel) mandatory; SharePoint desired
Very good German and English language skills
Interested in process management and organizational topics
Independent way of working, fast learner and sense of responsibility/commitment
Ability to work in a team and analytical, result driven spirit
You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

What do we offer you?
An attractive monthly salary for working students on a full-time basis (38 hours per week ) will be paid 1700 € for Bachelor students and 1900 € for Master students. Working student take home salaries will depend upon the agreed working hours.
