JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support allocation of real estate investments to the guarantee assets (Sicherungsvermögen)
Prepare submission documentation
Liaise with involved stakeholders and coordinate delivery of required information
Assure data quality and consistency
Ensure compliance of German notification notes with English basic data (where applicable)
Keep internal monitoring data base up to date
Contribute to investor reporting and presentations

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Studies and/or experience in real estate, business administration or economics
Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Team player with strong conceptual skills
Fluent command of both German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
Good communication skills and experiences in an international working environment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Job start: as soon as possible (minimum 6 months; 10-20 hours per week)
Location: Munich
