JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain, update and further develop the Intranet presence of Group Audit and the global Audit community within Allianz
Manages the intranet editorial process
Supports the department in the creation and publishing of new content
Manages the intranet site, monitors activities and proactively pursues opportunities for improvement of content and layout
Support internal project initiatives and activities as and when required
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Qualification:
Student in Information Technology, Communications, Brand/Market management, Business Administration or Mathematics
Enrolled at university for the entire duration of employment
Very good command of English (written and spoken)
Excellent skills in Intranet technologies and web publishing (e.g. Jive, Java, HTML)
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, VBA and PowerPoint)
Experience & Key Skills:
Experience in an international company or abroad is a plus
Interested in financial business and Internal Audit
Ability to grasp topics easily and quickly
Enthusiasm about developing/implementing new ideas, while having a realistic/practical outlook
Reliable, accurate and precise way of working
Team player with excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Start and duration: as soon as possible / Intern 38h per week / Working Student 20 hours per week, respectively semester break full time
