JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This Internship is focused on supporting company priorities through various project initiatives, while learning and gaining exposure to the various facets of operational functions, as well as Allianz Life as a business organization. The selected candidates will have opportunities working within a range of domains including process improvement, change management, and communications as an active member of project teams.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Ideal candidates will have a passion and drive to be part of a high performing team. Students working toward a degree in Business Administration or other related business fields are preferred. Relevant core competencies for the role include high integrity, sound judgment, strong critical-thinking skills, proven organizational skills, excellent service orientation, plus exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
