The job

We are looking for young professionals and recent graduates who want to start an international career in a leading IT & Engineering consulting firm!

Onboarding in the group consists of one month of training in our center of excellence located in Geneva (Switzerland), where you will receive the latest in-class training to supplement your academic background. You will have the chance to develop your soft-skills and gain an exclusive overview of AKKA's sectors and projects through testimonies and workshops.

After the onboarding month, you will join one of our local offices in Germany to continue your training on the job while gaining access to training content (on soft and technical skills through e-AKKAdemy and languages skills through Rosetta Stone).

 

• You will be working in the Powertrain simulation environments and develop the parameterization of vehicle simulation models

• In addition, you implement mathematical and physical models as well as the functional development for the driving strategy

• You carry out simulations in the area of driving performance and consumption

• In addition, you are in close contact with the technical departments of our customer

• The documentation, evaluation and presentation of the results round off your exciting field of activity

·      Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical, Mechanical engineering or similar

·      Programming skills: Matlab, Simulink or Dymola in automotive sector

·       Interest in energy management in vehicles as well as alternative drive                concepts

·       Professional experience in Automotive is a plus

·       German language B1/B2
