You will be involved in the following activities
-> You will participate actively in the whole candidate selection process
-> Candidates search : Organize the sourcing media (drafting job descriptions, candidate searching on job platforms, keeping close relationships with schools and universities, participating to recruitment fairs and forums)
-> Candidates selection via screenings and in-depth interviews with focus on necessary skills requirements to determine if candidates match the position profile and company culture
Candidates follow-up
-> You will provide value-added reporting on your recruitment activity to business managers
->You will be involved in the follow up of our consultants during their integration process (closed contacts, evaluation...)

-> You hold a Master's Degree with specialization in Human Resources, Recruitment or Psychology
-> Already have a strong experience in recruitment in Life sciences (at least 4 years)
-> Fluent in English and French, Dutch is a plus
-> Expert in recruitment requirement definition as well as active sourcing (networking) and interviewing in a complex environment
-> Show an excellent balance between speed & quality
-> Motivated by a business driven HR & recruitment whereby you show business empathy to adapt to changing needs
-> You have the ability to create a context of trust and openness with candidates & internal clients
-> Have a flexible but structured mindset that allows you to shift priorities push your innovative thinking to come up with new ideas and reinvent the way we work
