Job Description

A Technical Writer / Aircrew Data Project (m/f) offer has just opened at Airbus Helicopters at its Marignane site.

You will join the Aircrew Data team responsible for providing support to flight operations to ensure safe, reliable and cost-effective aircraft operations by providing operational documentation and solutions to operational and performance issues.

Tasks:

·  Project Manager (planning, budget, cost)
·  Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple interfaces
·  Ability to define flight crew operation normal and abnormal procedures, limitations, performance, flight systems, dispatch conditions.....
·  Ability to provide expertise on flight operations when involved on type certificate: flight manual and Continuous airworthiness activities respecting the authorities / regulations and constraints.
·  Ability to analyze and challenge Design Data (ability to work in concurrent engineering)
·  Ability to understand the technical functions of a helicopter. Knowledge of helicopter systems, sub-systems and components.
·  Ability to provide precise information to respond to customer needs and requirements

Detailed competences (include proficiencies):

·  Aviation
·  technical competencies on helicopters/fix wings ; Knowledge of the Configuration Management basic processes and rules (product identification, product change, product baseline and conformity)
·  English
·  Knowledge of Aviation Authorities & Regulations and associated organizations approvals

Customer meetings & aeronautical authorities
