Job Description

You are a full time student, looking for a working student position and you would like to support the Airbus Defence and Space Marketing & Sales team? Then apply now! We look forward to you joining us for 18 hours/week (flexi-time).

Location: Taufkirchen/Munich

Start: early 2020

Duration: 12 months

As working student you support the department in the entire scope of Marketing & Sales activities on board level, including both content work, presentations and logistics.

Your exciting tasks:

- Support the Chief of Staff and the Marketing & Sales board office in preparation of external and internal events, presentations, speeches, analysis

- Communication through digital tools on achievements, events, highlights.

- Organisational support for air shows and other events

- Administrative support (i.e. preparing meetings), analyzing surveys, monitoring actions, KPIs, etc.

- Ad hoc tasks within the scope of the Marketing and Sales team based on requests

You offer:

- Enrolled full time student within International Management, (Digital) Marketing, Graphics/Business Management, Engineering, Business Info Systems or similar field of study

- Experience with MS Office and G-Suite

- Experience with graphic design tools (photoshop, indesign, etc.)

- Working level English and German for day to day work

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
