Job Description

For Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth we are looking for you as a highly motivated graduate to join our Quality Department as VIE (m/f/d) and to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking sector!

Start date? January 2021

Duration? 12 months

What is the VIE program?

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

What can you expect for your position at Airbus Helicopters?

Within the Quality Department you will be part of the Company Excellence System team (CES - Process management system) to achieve operational excellence with the following missions:

·  Support the head of the Documentation activity for the coordination of the activity, performance monitoring and continuous improvement
·  Support the deployment of the Process Management System on our site in Germany and in the subsidiaries

You have the following proficiency and qualification

We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) and offer the following skills:

·  You have a Master’s degree in Engineering with a specialty in Quality and Process
·  You have already gained aeronautical knowledge and work experience
·  You are rigor and have a customer oriented mindest
·  You distinguish yourself through open-mindedness and your autonomous personality
·  You have the ability to work in complex environments
·  You have project management skills
·  You know some lean/change management tools
·  You have got fluent English language skills and basic knowledge in German as an advantage
