Description of the job :
Airbus Toulouse is looking for a Flight Training Policy Manager SFI (m/f). You will join the ‘Flight Training Worldwide Policy’ Department (SLTFP).

Your accountabilities will be :
- Definition of your assigned Flight Training Airbus Policy matters,
- Specifications of Flight Training needs related to your assigned matters
- Update and Consistence of your assigned Standard documents.

Task & accountabilities :
You will be responsible for:

- Scanning and studying the data related to your assigned matters,
- Performing problem analysis to your assigned matters,
- Managing the problem solving to your assigned matters,
- Managing the Working Group related to your assigned matters,
- Defining the specifications related to the development on your assigned matters,
- Participating to the development tasks related to your assigned matters,
- Ensuring the support to Airbus Central ATO on your assigned matters to ensure a smooth transition to the flight training deployment.

Required skills :
As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and competencies:
- Extensive level in Flight Training Execution : Maintain currency as instructor and deliver course to customers
- Ability to Create / Conduct Pilot Evaluation Sessions
- Ability in Flight Training Development
- Ability to perform complex projects autonomously (Project Management Fundamentals),
- Good knowledge and Experience on Training Site Assessment,
- Good Autonomy and Experience in Project Execution,
- Good knowledge in Quality Fundamentals,
- Good knowledge of Use of IT Tools for doc management (Skill),
- General Knowledge of the whole Aircraft,
- Prior exposition with airlines is mandatory,
- Legal Knowledge should be a plus,
- Experience in the supplier environment (mainly structure, systems would be a plus),
- You are well organised and recognised for your team spirit,
-MS Office, exel VBA,
-Negotiation level in English.
