Job Description

Are you interested in designing, deploying and supporting the solutions enabling digitalization of the Procure to Pay process through new technology?

Your mission is to design, develop, implement and support the maintenance of innovative Digital Financial Auxiliary solutions according to business requirements.

The Auxiliary area of expertise for financial harmonization across all divisions are:

·  SAP FI AP / MM and related accounting (Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Tax Management)
·  Invoice processing solutions and related architecture (e.g.; EDI, Self-billing, e-invoicing solutions and invoice cockpit)
·  Intercompany accounting
·  Knowledge In Accounts Receivable (SD/FI AR), Robotics and Process data mining is a plus

Ensuring the current operational and support tasks.

Harmonization of Consolidation and auxiliary solutions within Airbus and preparation of roadmaps for those.

Insure a strong support to business in priority. Take responsibility on technical activity on Account Payable domain

Responsible of the processing of high complex Airbus wide IT projects regarding time, costs and quality incl. the transfer of the results into operations.

Management of internal and external project-resources during the project.

Representation of projects at steering committees and information sessions.  

Supporting the overall Airbus integration and harmonization initiatives in the field of Finance.

Management of external service providers , Solution Architect

Management of internal project members (architects, SAP-experts, …)

The job holder has authority over: Service Manager (ITIL Service Manager), Solution Developer (Design and Development), Solution service employees

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

All applications within the area of responsibility are available according to SLA and that SLA are aligned with Finance Business and Airbus-wide business processes are met.

Finance Projects are realized efficiently and effectively (on time, on cost and on quality) and are implemented into service

External service providers working for the area of responsibility are chosen and managed professionally

Technological development and innovations of the Finance Solution

Sustainable harmonization /standardization of solutions, cross-national and across sites, within the area of responsibility is effected for realizing cost optimizations and support of the divisional integrity process.

Complex business requirements are understood and a solution is developed accordingly to the satisfaction of the finance business.

Support daily operational Business by coordinating and supporting requests, issues and problems to ensure quick reaction and lean processes

Coordination of commercial regulations with Procurement or Commercial Organizations, Controlling and project sponsor

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to a Bac +2 diploma (DUT - IUT) in computer science
·  At least 3 years of experience in IT
·  SAP FI AP / MM and related accounting (Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Tax Management)
·  Invoice processing solutions and related architecture (e.g.; EDI, Self-billing, e-invoicing solutions and invoice cockpit)
·  Intercompany accounting
·  Knowledge In Accounts Receivable (SD/FI AR), Robotics and Process data mining is a plus
·  Innovation leadership: deploy appropriate innovation methods, techniques and tools to support an innovation opportunity lifecycle phase,
·   Analytical problem solving,
·  Strong communication and organization skills,
·   Language Skills: Negotiation level of English
