Job Description

You will provide a classified documentation and media delivery service to external customers and suppliers. This will comprise a mixture of document hard copies, and physical media i.e. CD / DVD postal service and electronic deliveries through classified email accounts.

This will include activities including but not limited to -

·  Ensure all deliveries are recorded and receipted in a central database
·  Receipt all classified data and media received in a central database
·  Maintain branding standards for all materials produced
·  Ensure all documentation and media are correctly classified
·  Provide a classified CD / DVD burning service and scanning service to the business
·  Organize transfer of classified material between networks.
·  Recall superseded classified media from suppliers
·  Provide cover for the Configuration Management and Secure Registry tasks in times of absence and high demand under the guidance
