Description of the job :
Main Task:
Products shipping orders for external/internal customers and associated documents (handling and transportation instructions, custom documents ...). Delivery notifications for goods from/for external/internal customers.
Mission : Organise and monitor internal & external shipment of product from the shop floor to customers plants. Receive and handle goods arrival internal flow and dispatch them accordingly. Maintain up to date logistics & transportation database ( mean transport duration, documentation defect, delivery of non conformances, benchmark of transport companies, ...).

Products delivery to customers plants according to shipping orders and to customer satisfactions. Ensure the Goods are delivered according to dispatch/delivery order, well stored and dispatched to the right beneficiary. Updated Logistics & transportation database.

Required skills :
Young graduates: business administration, industrial engineering....

English and Spanish Advanced.

Starting date: End september
Internship during 1 year- full time
