Job Description:

To ensure the conformity of a product/service according to the requirements
specified by our customers, and to support quality on time and on cost deliveries by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty, and to support quality on time and on cost deliveries by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty.

To perform quality inspections according to defined standards for final inspection and certificate of conformity, stop/inspection points, FAI, functional testing, out-of-sequence work, including critical activities (where not delegated) and complete relevant documentation. - You will conduct investigations and resultant root cause analysis in the production area, based on quality, technical and cost of non-quality issues. - You will ensure that appropriate containment and corrective and preventive actions are taken by process owners, using multidisciplinary teams.

To contribute ensuring production flow by quickly resolving quality issues and
preventing damage by foreign objects. - You will ensure operational review of tasks delegated to people, products and processes. - You will train operators with L1/L2 delegation on the job. - You will manage measurement methods, quality outsourcing, templates and tools.

 
Main Responsibilities

 Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic inspections: Assurance of conformity according to work orders and applicable documentation (standards, drawings, inspection instructions, technical instructions, etc.)
 Measurements and dimensional checks as required in applicable documentation (electrical continuity measurements, etc.)
 Documentation of detected discrepancies (Observations, Non conformity reports, Discrepancy reports, etc.)
 Inspection of parts manufactured for this program.
 Customer Inspection Points
 Documental inspection of work orders before closure.
 Inspection before final delivery to customer
 Functional test assurance.
 Maintenance inspections
 Temperature and humidity monitor management.
 Housekeeping control
 FOD control
 Monitoring of the correct identification, protection and storage of aircraft items.
 MRB segregation area control and management.
 Non-conforming material identification.
 Interchangeability checks and certification.
 SAP input of serialized items.

 Component identification.
 Removal and assembly registrations.
 Control and registry of elements subject to shelf life, end of use dates, etc.
 First Article Inspection, Last Article Inspection
 Quality Feedback Loop inspection
 Tracking and closure of non-conformities found during production.
 Filing, tracking and closure of Discrepancy Reports.
 INCOMING INSPECTION.

Key Competencies
 Ciclo Formativo Grado superior
 English Basic (Understanding technical documentation in English.)
 Experience in Aeronautic activities focused in production/quality activities
 Welcome problems.
 Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff
 Experience with production/design documentation.
 Experience managing tools as SAP/MES
 Experience in Quality Process
 Experience in root cause analysis
 Experience in documentation management.
 Good communication skills.
 Team spirit
