Job Description

·  Supporting the EAC process with functional procurement inputs based on AGORA tool.
·  Maintain regular communication with Procurement teams
·  Introduce in AGORA all the Commodities inputs (contractual prices, Risks & Opps, Savings initiatives,…) and maintenance of the tool
·  Deviation Analysis for RC (AGORA forecast vs. Actuals). Identify main deviations and propose solutions to correct or mitigate them
·  Consolidation of Spend Volumes for complete A400M supported with AGORA forecasts
·  Monitoring and driving procurement performance (Savings) using AGORA baseline
·  Supporting cost improvement and transparency initiatives: AGORA, A400M FIT Project, Momentum, A400M Actuals tool, CoC Procurement Controlling, Programs Cash out improvement projects and Inventory targets, Claims and Other NQC target
·  Supporting the Annual Operative Planning Process and monthly forecasting of Spend Procurement Volumes of A400M Spain
·  Financial Advisor for commodities (e.g payment terms, contractual clauses,  savings Business cases)
·  Support A400M on the Forecasting and deviation analysis for NRC
·  Support alignment  of the savings methodology  in ADS with Airbus
·  Manage A400M Corporate Project Numbers and PEP’s (Creation, updating and reporting)
·  Pre request release and support Procurement on PO launch (SAP)
·  Reporting  to Procurement and in Finance related to A400M forecasting and costs deviation
·  Analysis related to external Procurement activities (Volumes per Country, Supplier, Currency) provided to other functions such as Finance, Treasury
