Your main tasks will include

• Investigate, diagnose and solve system related problems

• Install and upgrades software

• Schedule installation work, liaising with all concerned to ensure that installation priorities are met and

  disruption to the organization is minimized

• Diagnose and solve problems and faults occurring in the operation of hardware and software

• Comply with organization procedures to ensure integrity of the system

You have the following skills and experience

- Enrolled student within Information Technology or similar field of study with focus on IT Security 

- Knowledge in  IT-Security/ Information Security

- Excellent communication skills

- Practical knowledge in MS Office

- Fluency in German and English (Word, Excel, PPT)

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
