Job Description

The internship would join the Materiel Services department that is one of the Services disciplines. It deals with spares and repairs needed to achieve the customer required Aircraft availability. TASML manages  all Materiel Services activities regarding Medium and Light and MRTT Aircrafts, ranging from Customer Free Demand to Availability based Services for customers all around the world

Main tasks:

·  Act as a single point of contact for customers in terms of deliveries and services purchase orders for materiel.
·  Manage end to end spares and repairs purchase orders and support in –service doing the follow up and risk mitigation
·  Obtain prices information and prepare quotations
·  List of prices  to customers
·  Manage customer concerns including material return and guarantee claims
·  Identify the possible risks to not fulfill what is agreed with the customers
