A new internship opportuniy has arisen within ATR!

Your Missions

Developing professional skills of the trainees and giving experience, advice and support regarding all the activities of the Compliance and Export Control Department (analysis of the regulation relating to export control, ant-bribery and anti-corruption, implementation of Sapin II Law, screening of legal entities having relationship with the company, export control data entry in data base, writing internal procedures, …):

·  General and specific researches (memos on current topics or on topics of general interest),
·  In consideration of trainees skills, autonomy and interest, and involving them more and more closely in the export control and compliance activity (writing of internal procedures, participation to negotiation of compliance and export control clauses…)
·  Collection, information entry and analysis into data base.

You will be under the supervision of one of the Compliance and Export Control Manager.

Your profile

- You are in final year of master Degree or Business school with a major international law

Technical skills:

Writing skills in French and in English.

Knowledges in law and regarding anti-corruption/anti-bribery regulations.

Knowledges in law relating to export will be an advantage.  

Relational skills:

Skills to listen, to analyze, rigorous, personal involvement, availability, autonomy

Calendar
Starting date march 2020 for a 6 months period
