Job Description

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Secure the industrialization of Tooling and Jigs & Tools (creation, development and modification) until Final Acceptance and handover to Operations Manager.
·  Integrate mature industrial technologies linked to R&D. Collaborate with R&D to integrate the requirements and consolidate the Airbus industrial vision.
·  Design and/or specify the tooling in accordance with the process engineer from manufacturing engineering, operations, Health and Safety and Ergonomic, maintenance engineer and tooling quality.
·  Secure that the provided solution is completely integrated within the industrial system, through a robust acceptance process based on defined KPIs.
·  Integrate the contribution and suggestions from maintenance in the specifications.
·  Support the plant in all activities where tools are involved.
·  Support the PPS and improvement projects.
·  Contribute to the purchasing phase.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related discipline.
·  At least 2 years of experience in a related area.
·  English and Spanish must be negotiation level.
·  Good communication skills.
