Description of the job :
A vacancy for a Logistics 4.0 & Global Logistics Network Support has arisen within Airbus in Seville.
The successful applicant will join CUSTOMER SERVICES AND SUPPORT / Material Support & services.

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Ensure and ease a functional integration with Global Logistics Network.
• Control and monitor the performance for subcontractors of Satellite WHs services provided to Material Support Operations. Assess the performance of the LLPs on a regular basis and proposes corrective actions based on the situations encountered.
• Contribute in the establishment of the ADS Customer Services Logistics operating model in the different subsidiaries and logistic hubs around the world.
• Lead and assure the PLANNING of activities, coordinating with MSC, Procurement or the proper focal point from the Customer the inbound and outbound processes in the Warehouses.
• Monitor the Inventory Management of the Spares Satellite Warehouses provided by the LLP (or by internal staff), assuring the correct accomplishment of the required service.
• Keep abreast of new technologies, initiatives and developments across Airbus and the wider industry, scouting internally and externally.
• Create a baseline portfolio of state-of-the-art innovative manufacturing technologies and their potential application in Logistics for Customer Services
• Participate in Airbus strategical projects representing Customer Services Logistics Operations.
• Coordinate and manage the different Satellite WHs INBOUND activities: Reception, Quality Inspection, Incidences, Rejections, RMAs, etc.
• Coordinate and manage the different Satellite activities.
• Act as focal point for internal customers' operational issues: channels complaints, claims & requests providing information and the necessary support required.
• Collaborate with the LLP and/or local teams in the identification and implementation of process improvements, ensuring successful deployment by rising risks and escalating blocking points.
• Attend and organizes regular meetings with the LLP and/or local teams coordinator to discuss about processes, the operation, the results of KPI performance and to follow-up the impact of corrective/improvement actions proposed to achieve required targets.
• Validate the KPIs reported in the Satellite Warehouses Dashboard, follows up them & controls possible deviations, rising risks to the HO Customer Services Logistics Operations.
• Perform internal audit to control quality of work delivered by the LLP and/or the local teams and to assure external audits are satisfactory passed.
• Actively collaborate in improvement projects of the Area.
• Actively collaborate in new proposals to be offered to our Customers
• Support the HO Logistics Operations in the activities of the N+1 Area.

Required skills :
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics.
• Previous experience as Project Management would be valued as a plus.
• English and Spanish must be negotiation level.
• Knowledge in SAP and MS Office.
• Availability to travel.
• Initiative, flexible and communication skills.
