As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year , that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 6 months maximum.

We are looking for Legal counsel (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Blagnac.

You will be joining the department « Legal Finance » which provide legal advice and support to Airbus Finance functions.

The objective of the internship is to develop the intern’s (i) knowledge, in particular in the field of financial law, (ii) capacity to prioritise and (iii) understanding of a treasury department’s activities in a multinational group .

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

• Provide proactive business orientated and cost effective legal advice on contractual documentation related to Airbus financial transactions

 • Contribute to the reduction of legal exposure and risks Airbus might be exposed to by analysing the risks involved in finance transactions and briefing, in conjunction with senior lawyers, finance colleagues to enable them to make well-informed decisions

• Support the creation and implementation of standard documentation and legal processes.

• Provide and manage financial/commercial documentation for the company.

• Perform legal analysis, draft, negotiate, review and close Airbus financial transactions.

• Contribute to solve legal issues arising in complex cross-border finance and/or commercial structures and negotiate with highly experienced and sophisticated industry/financial players.

• Monitor legal and regulatory developments of concern to the company, analyze their effects on company’s business and advise management of implications and solutions.

·  Required skills :

·  You are enrolled in the Ecole de Formation du Barreau or preparing the CRFPA (centre régional de formation professionnelle d’Avocats) and you obtain following competences:
·  Master degree in banking or financial law
·  Language skills: English Negotiation Level
·  Relevant experience in a law firm
·  Curiosity, openness and team spirit
·  Good analytical skills, research, synthesis and presentation skills

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
