As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year , that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 5 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for SUPPORT TO COMPETENCE MANAGEMENT IN CUSTOMER SERVICES (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse - Blagnac .

This internship is to be filled from January 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility)

You will join the Customer Services aftermarket strategy team.

The team's role is to lead the strategy of the customer services function: co-design of the strategy and development of the associated roadmap. More specifically, you will support activities linked to competence strategy and people@Airbus transformation axis.

Our team is a mission based organisation of colleagues working in an activity based office environment.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

- Definition of a communication/mobilisation plan related to competence strategy/learning priorities for customer services

- Preparation and animation of workshops/events to promote competence management, learning solutions & new ways of working

- Put in place & maintain means of communication and collaboration (LumApps platform, videos, leaflets, posters …)

- Support the team in the animation of the competence & learning network within the international customer services organization (Europe, Asia, US...)

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac +5 , in Business School or equivalent, and you obtain following competences:

- English: Negotiation Level

- Ability to get the overall picture and make links

- Knowledge of project management would be a plus.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player

- Creative

- Enjoy taking initiative, autonomous
