Location: Bremen
Start: as soon as possible
Duration: 6 months
In the department “Mass Properties” are all aircraft specific weight and center of gravity aspects are controlled. The intern will be part of a weight engineering team for optimized aircraft development.
Your exciting Tasks:
· Support weight and center of gravity applications in the aircraft development process
· Assist in optimization of methods and tools for future aircraft developments
· Investigate aircraft operability due to different cargo, fuel and passenger loading
· Analyze operational rules and methods of aircraft operators to maintain weight and center of gravity within certified limits
· Support to other weight management tasks
You offer
· Enrolled student within Mechanical Engineering, Engineering / Avionics, Database and Programming or similar field of study
· Coding Skills in Matlab and/or Visual Basic
· Software skills (programming languages) and technical skills
· Fluent in English
· Fluent in German
You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
