As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for LOGISTICS CHANGE AGENT (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse- Saint-Marin.

This internship is to be filled from January 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility)

You will be joining the department «SA DZ Fuselage Ops FAL TLS» which activities are to complete all remaining jobs (including additional inflow) on A320 nose fuselage.

The objective of the internship is to support Saint-Nazaire Secondment A320 in FAL Toulouse. You will manage the Logistics and IT project meaning deployment of ARP and shop optimization.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities:

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include the support to the management in an agile and efficient mode the following:

·  Hospital stock warehouse physical optimization and cleaning
·  Hospital stock to be fully integrated in SAP PEA
·  Minimum stock strategy to be define, tested and deployed (to secure service level and obsolescence)
·  Define new Logistical solutions such as Airfreight vs Taxicoli
·  Support other Agile projects in the Team for White Collars and / or Blue Collars

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in Engineering or Bac+6, with specialization in ISLI KEDGE and you obtain following competences:

- English: intermediate level

- French: negotiation level

- You are interested in learning every day and taking responsibility

- You have a good knowledge of Lean Management

- You are able to use proficiently Pack Office

·  Soft skills:

- Rigorous, curious and autonomous.

- Obtain good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player.

- Have organizational skills.

- Critical and analytical mind.

- Knowledge of project management would be a plus.

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
