As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for Internship on Aircraft cockpit Head Up Display system improvement who will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse .

This internship is to be filled from February, 17th 2020 to August, 14th 2020.

This internship will take place in Airbus Flight Test center and within Support to flight department.

The Head-Up Display provides flight data and guidance information in the flight crew's field of view. The flight data is superimposed on the outside world.

In order to improve the accuracy, the availability of information during various flight phases available in the Head-Up Display, we proposed this internship

with the objective of:

·  Analyzing the competitors
·  Collecting needs from pilots and flight test engineers
·  Reviewing the aircraft limitation, capability to state the best of we could have
·  Providing to the Design Office a clear statement of the needs

The student will work with a close collaboration with the Design Office too. Cooperation with training center, programs, marketing could occur.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

·  Preparing, optimizing, improving on aircraft test activities in close cooperation with other stakeholders like (but not limited to) rig testing and tests means, flight test teams, flight lines to ensure required readiness for test in time, on cost and in quality.
·  Preparing, managing and coordinating all the aspects of a test campaign.
·  Managing content of flight tests means of compliance activities, screen and optimize test requests, screen and optimize planning, steer and support readiness for test execution in close relation with stakeholders,
·  Managing flight tests related certification documentation.

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 5 Master or engineering school or equivalent, with specialisation in Aerospace Engineering.

French: Negotiation level

English: Advanced

·  Soft skills:

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

You are autonomous.
