As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year , which will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

An internship offer in Digitalisation on Logistics for non-flying goods - Data model (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse – Saint Martin .

This internship is to be filled from January (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility)

You will be joining the department Business Development and Change Management. The department manages projects in order to optimize non-flying Logistics and to bring added value to its internal customers in plants and assembly lines.

The objective of the internship is to set up the Airbus tools allowing logistic data analysis and to bring department’s autonomy on this topic for further improvement loops.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

·  Capitalize on department knowledge to define functional and technical data model, in end-to-end Logistics process management
·  Support the interface with IT department to implement the data model in SAP Hana.
·  Prepare decision dossier for regular data model upload in the targeted Airbus applications (Skywise, Qlik Sense, ...)
·  Build some applications to bring added value to Operations
·  Share the knowledge with the team for future autonomy

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 4 /5 in data sciences or equivalent, and you obtain following competences:

- English: ADVANCED

- French: ADVANCED

- You are interested in logistics domain and SAP system

- You have a good knowledge of data science, big data management and associated Apps

- A first experience in Project management would be appreciated (planning, action follow-up, reporting,)

- You are able to use proficiently such tools as Qlik Sense, SQL language, Google office Apps

·  Soft skills:

- Rigorous, curious and autonomous

- Obtain good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player

- Have organizational skills

- Able to analyse and synthesize information

- Able to coach various people
