As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year , that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for a Learning Specialist – French Schemes operations (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus Blagnac in Wings Campus site.

This internship is to be filled from January, 20th, 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility)

You will be joining the department “Learning Services to Subsidiaries, Regions, Extended enterprise and Specific Learning Schemes”, in charge of delivering French Learning Schemes (dispositifs français de formation) to Airbus employees. A team where we are contributing daily to the “We Are One” Airbus value, where team spirit is key and where we like to exchange about our good practices and improvement areas.

Your challenge will be to deploy the learning Schemes (CPF, CPF de transition, co-investment schemes) to Airbus group wide employees, following HU strategy while taking into account the Business priorities and constraints.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

1/ Ensuring support to delivery of Compte Personnel de Formation (“CPF”), CPF de Transition and co-investment learning schemes:

In collaboration with the team

- Project management for all domains and transversal to all divisions => optimization & harmonisation

- Understanding the applicability of CPF & co-investment Schemes

- Analysing the new requests & formulating agreement/disagreement

- Following up associated budget of 1m€ / year, in line with Learning strategy and OP

- Launching payments accordingly (ClicknBuy & SAP)

- Building and implementing accurate reporting

- Managing suppliers – Setting up accurate KPIs and following up on KPIs and ensuring supplier performance, launching relating POs

 - Liaising with HUP and HULT to ensure compliance & optimisation of delivery process; understanding policies and processes to make requests viable

- Liaising with external stakeholders involved in CPF Schemes (ADEFIM => Caisse de depots et Consignations)

 2/ Providing back up on other French Schemes topics:

-Being up-skilled and providing back up on learning operations aspects to Promotion Sociale, Validation des Acquis de l’Expérience, Bilan de compétences

  3/ Continuous improvement:

- In a moving legal environment, keeping updated of changes and analysing impact of potential changes on the delivery

- Updating and implementing revised processes in the frame of new legal environment

- Co-leading and contributing to the “French Scheme” Agile product

- Providing support to other continuous improvement initiatives within the HULX team as applicable

- As applicable, adapt internal communication supports and animate the required network on news and impacts.

Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in Human Resources or a related discipline. Be informed that candidates with other type of education/background are welcome.

You have the following skills:

- You want a first experience as Project Manager: drumbeating an activity and relevant stakeholders in Finance, HR, suppliers and external organisations. You are able to challenge in a constructive way the demands of the business, to identify root causes and propose pragmatic solutions and to work in a transversal organisation

- Knowledge in French Social & Labour law would be appreciated

- English: Intermediate level

- French: Advanced/Negotiation level

Soft skills:

- Flexibility

- Rigor

- Ability to work with a high variety of topics and interfaces in a collaborative way

- Have organizational skills

- Able to analyse and synthesize information

- Knowledge of project management would be a plus.
