As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year , that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 3 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for CUSTOMER INTELLIGENCE ANALYST  (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse - Blagnac .

This internship is to be filled from January 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility)

You will be joining the department « Supplier Support Management » which activities include close relationships with Customers (Airlines) to understand their needs with regards to Supplier in service support and provide them with appropriate help.

The objective of the internship is to design a presentation card (Customer ID card) of our main Customers. This will enable a quick and efficient transmission of information concerning our Customers among our Department.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

·  Collect the needs among the Supplier Support Management Department
·  Operational Team based in Toulouse
·  Operational Regional Teams (Washington, Singapore, Beijing, Dubai)
·  Supplier Support Managers based in Toulouse

And the anticipated future use, for instance:

·  Customer visits
·  Air Show (Le Bourget, Farnborough, …)
·  Airbus Symposium
·  Support Improvement Meeting
·  Based on the expressed needs and the anticipated future use of the Customer ID card, define the relevant information to be indicated
·  Investigate and secure the way to collect the data
·  Define the easiest and most automated process by which these ID cards will be populated
·  Design the template ID card, taking into account information need, but also other constraints such as: Airbus graphical rules, readability, good-looking, etc.
·  Populate a pilot case and get feedbacks from the future users
·  Once fully validated, present the agreed template to each service of the Department
·  Train the Operational Teams on the process to have the ID cards populated
·  Initiate filling each Customer ID cards before doing the hand-over with each Operational Team

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac +4 or Bac +5 , in Business school training, customer management, information management, graphic & design or equivalent, and you obtain following competences:

- English: Advance Level - Ability to communicate in English with English natives and non-natives

- French: Advance Level

- Ability to work in a multicultural context and to interact with people of different cultural background in a constructive manner

- Ability to negotiate & influence using reasoned advocacy in order to gain buy-in as well as using facilitation techniques to manage situations of conflict

- You are interested in airlines and air transport business

- You are able to use proficiently such tools as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

- You have taste and ability for design and good-looking work

- You like quality work and give attention to details and esthetics

·  Soft skills:

- Rigorous, and autonomous

- Able to integrate into team and be a flexible team player

- Have organizational skills

- Able to analyze and synthesize information

Depending on the specifics of the offer, you may have to travel to another locations.
