Description of the job :
An internship of Internet of things specialist - (M/F) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse.

You will join DTO department in charge of support and drive transformation of the group by sharing best practices, promoting initiatives the development of innovative concepts or projects.

This 6 months internship will start as soon as possible (Date subject to some flexibility).

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include :

• Support the different functions in their projects related to IoT
• Benchmark external companies to identify and evaluate digital project opportunities and formulate relevant solutions.
• Contribute to change in the digital community, share and promote knowledge and best practices
• Support the creation of the IoT Roadmap
• Optimize business performance through the implementation of digital projects

Required skills :
You will have the following skills and experience:

• 4/5 years Educated level (or equivalent) in Computing or a related discipline with a specialisation in IoT (Internet of thing)

• IoT HW (Sensors, Connectivity), SW (Communication protocols, Applications), Solution (Data Analytics, AI)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, e.g., mean, standard deviation, correlations, etc.
• Knowledge of the company products /solutions/ service portfolio characteristics
• Internal and external networking skills
• Good operational background in more than one area: for instance Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement / Supply chain, Support functions,...
• Capability to build up business cases and understand financial reports
• Knowledge and understanding from digital technologies and related challenges
• Aerospace business experience – marketing, sales, engineering, program management, etc.

• Agile Method
• Good communication skills

• Fluent in English
