Description of the job :
A vacancy for a Satellite RF (Radio Frequency) Antenna Engineer (M/F) has arisen within OneWeb Satellites in Toulouse.

As a lead RF antenna engineer, you work with a cross functional engineering team to design hardware and software solutions to meet customer requirements. You work directly with customers in a lead technical role to produce RF antenna requirements to meet customer objectives.

# Antenna engineering and architecture
# Antenna design and analysis

# Expert knowledge of antenna theory and design and its practical application in complex RF subsystems
# Expert knowledge on the architecture, analysis and simulation of complex beam forming phased array antennas through Ka band
# Expert knowledge of the design and implementation of RF hardware such as up/down converters, SSPAs, LNAs, delay lines, amplitude and phase shifting networks
# Expert knowledge on the usage of software design tools such as CST Microwave Studio and Ansoft HFSS
# Produce technical documentation for active antenna specifications, test plans, procedures and reports
# Technical management of antenna subcontractors using sub-contracting best practices
# Produce technical review material for customers
# Able to exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions
# Perform engineering trade studies based on technical, cost, and schedule evaluations

Required skills :
As the successful candidate, you should be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

Masters’ degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience

8+ years' experience, with at least 5 years directly-related experience:
# Antenna design with experience of RF related payload technologies
# Experience in design, development of satellite RF antenna systems

• Good Communication skills
• Being autonomous,
• Able to interface with multidisciplinary teams
• Capacity to interact with different Engineering specialist,

Negociation level in English
