Job Description

Funciones, colaborar con las siguientes actividades:

·           Soporte SW y HW a herramientas e infraestructura informáticas utilizadas en Seguridad, tales como switches CISCO o sistemas basados en UNIX
·           Conocer, comunicar y fomentar los procesos de IM relacionados con el soporte de usuarios, y sus herramientas. Colaborar en su monitorización, identificar problemas o áreas de mejora y colaborar en la implementación de mejoras
·           Llegar a acuerdos con distintos grupos de interés: usuarios del Negocio y los distintos departamentos de IM, en relación a peticiones o cambios informáticos
·           Facilitar el trabajo y la comunicación entre el negocio y el departamento de Seguridad(incluyendo el manejo de herramientas SW de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo)
·             Documentación de los procesos y proyectos en los que esté ayudando
·           Desarrollo SW y de scripts de soporte a todas estas tareas

Conocimientos:

·           Experiencia en tecnología C# y .NET
·           Experiencia con la suite ofimática MS Office
·           Conocimientos de programación y scripting
·           Idioma inglés nivel medio
·           Idioma español nivel alto
·           Deseable:
·      Conocimientos de S.O. UNIX
·     Conocimientos de networking

·           Habilidad planificando y organizando tareas
