Description of the job :
A vacancy for a Product Owner has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse. You will join ZIOIC department, focused on Compliance and Analytics in addition to transversal activities for the ZIOI department dealing with Identity and Access Management.
Our objective is to secure data all along the value chain and provide intelligent entitlements. And in parallel of that, we are in charge of delivering an operational model in line with our drivers (end-to-end, end-user oriented, agile and easy to access).

Within Identity and Access Management, we manage identities (e.g. employee, supplier, customer), accounts (actually a login and a password) that, associated with access rights, will grant you access to applications, devices, services, etc.

You will serve the whole company (Airbus Commercial Aircraft, Airbus Helicopters, Airbus Defense and Space, and subsidiaries), with technical challenges and permanent innovation.
You will be welcomed in a team, where teamwork, solidarity, and “help each other” is the motto.
You will be end to end accountable for the services life cycle (demand, project, operations, support). You’re in charge of and contribute to Airbus transformation, by influencing culture change and establishing new ways of working.

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

# Product and services strategy definition in line with the global strategy,
# Services life cycle management (from idea to retirement) and budget management,
# Business stakeholders management and demonstrate the added value of the product,
# Subcontractors and experts management supporting you day to day,

This role may involve some infrequent worldwide travel for business (maximum 3 per year, mostly in Europe) and as such, you must be able to travel accordingly.

# Educated to minimum Technician degree, while Master degree may be more appropriate, in Computer or technically related subject,
# Some knowledge or experience in Identity and Access Management is appreciated, while not mandatory,
# Demonstrated project leadership skills,
# Experience in Agile / iterative product and services development,
# Experience in change management, driving improvement and innovation,
# Experience in trans-organisations and multicultural context,
# Good communication and presentation skills to facilitate collaboration with stakeholders and management team,
# Customer service oriented and focused on quality,

# Language Skills: English and French: negotiation level for one of the two languages, and advanced level for the other langu
