Job Description

El candidato entre sus funciones dará soporte en las relaciones cliente y cadena de suministro del área de Garantías/PBH de Airbus Helicopters España, desempeñando para ello las siguientes funciones:

·         Atención diaria de reclamaciones de Garantía procedente de cliente final.

·         Atención diaria de reclamaciones de material para contratos por hora de vuelo.

·         Soporte y control de órdenes pendientes de entrega.

·         Gestión de transportes y seguimiento de entregas/devoluciones de material aeronáutico.

·         Contacto diario con cadena de suministro y proveedores externos.

·         Análisis términos y condiciones de venta productos/servicios Airbus Helicopters.

·         Actualización bases de datos.

-Nivel mínimo de inglés B2.

-Buen desempeño en paquetes MS office.

-Deseable conocimientos ERP (SAP).
